On 05/15/2026, Ruskin Elementary School in San Jose held a multicultural festival.
The volunteers from different countries showcased their nations’ distinctive foods, games, performances, and cultural elements. Representatives from countries such as China, Mexico, India, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and Italy designed their own exhibition booths. YHCCA members Enchun Wu and Enmin Wu joined this event as volunteers. They helped design and set up the Chinese booth and personally made 300 dumplings for event attendees to taste. They have volunteered for this event for three consecutive years.
